THE PROGRAM
BOXING FUNDAMENTALS, GAMES, & GRIT
Classes are led by experienced coaches who are passionate about both boxing and working with children. Every session blends boxing drills, games and exercises tailored to kids ’ ages and skill levels.
Through engaging activities and positive reinforcement, we instill valuable life skills in our young athletes. No prior boxing experience is necessary — all fitness levels and abilities are welcome.
DISCIPLINE
Structure, routine and follow-through. Kids learn that showing up and doing the work is the whole secret.
RESPECT
Respect for coaches, teammates and the sport. Gloves touch before and after every round.
TEAM WORK
Partner drills, group games and shared goals. Nobody gets through class on their own.
SELF CONFIDENCE
Positive reinforcement and real skill progress build the kind of confidence that follows them to school.
FITNESS
A full-body workout disguised as fun. Coordination, balance, endurance and plenty of energy burned.
FOCUS
Combinations and pad work train attention and listening in a way sitting still never could.
SELF DEFENSE SKILLS
Develop real self-defense skills through authentic boxing training.
THE PATHWAY
FROM FIRST
GLOVES TO
CONTACT
Every young boxer moves at their own pace. Our four-stage progression builds skill, confidence and discipline before any supervised contact is introduced.

BEGINNER
New athletes learn stance, footwork, and the basic punches through drills and games. The goal is fun, safety, and building good habits from day one.
INTERMEDIATE
Kids start linking combinations, working with pads, and moving around the bag. Coaches introduce light partner drills and more structured conditioning.
ADVANCED
Athletes refine technique, increase intensity, and begin sparring-specific movement. They lead warm-ups, mentor newer kids, and prepare for controlled contact. Coach approval REQUIRED for this stage.
CONTACT FUNDAMENTALS
Supervised, coach-led contact work teaches timing, distance, and defense in a safe environment. This stage REQUIRES coach approval and is built on consistent attendance and maturity.

FAQ
PARENT QUESTIONS
Does my child need boxing experience?
No. Our program welcomes kids of all fitness levels and abilities, and no prior boxing experience is necessary.
What equipment is required?
Hand wraps and gloves. We sell both at the gym, and we provide FREE glove rentals for everyone to use.
Is it safe? Do kids spar?
Safety is our top priority. Our regular Kids Boxing classes do not include sparring—they focus on fundamentals, drills, heavy bag work, and fitness. For students who are ready, our Kids Contact Fundamentals class introduces controlled, coach-supervised contact by approval only.
How do I reserve a spot?
Spots are limited, so book online ahead of time using our Mindbody app. Your first class is free — grab it and we'll see you on the floor.
Do I have to stay for the class?
You are more than welcome to stay for the entire class or drop off and pick up in person each class.
How old does my child need to be to start?
Our Kids Boxing Program is designed for ages 6–12, and no prior boxing experience is required. We welcome beginners and teach every child at their own pace.
